Over 20 years in the interactive business, from laserdisc to blu ray –and beyond ! Dave has now worked at the BBC’s commercial arm BBC Worldwide for over ten years, and has been responsible for a number of important offline product developments, such as the BBC’s first 3D game, world first console game for pre-school and Worldwide’s first interactive BAFTA. Increasingly, the BBC and Worldwide are collaborating on multiple media projects where the broadcast content and the online interactive experience are re-defining television. He’ll be able to share his knowledge of notable projects such as Time Commanders, Fightbox and Bamzooki, and some of the current thinking around childrens' properties.
